Winter. I love it, but I’m so ready for it to be done….

I’m back! and I’m a little rusty. It’s been a long time. It is one of my New Year’s resolutions: Update blog at least twice a month.

I am updating my website at the moment…this blog is soon to follow.

Happy Mother’s Day!

I hope you all had a glorious day celebrating moms! I know I did….

My family (minus my brother-in-law, Jason, who had to work) decided to spend part of the day at the Como Zoo and Conservatory. While trying to find a place to park, we realized we weren’t the only ones with the idea. Everyone and their moms were there. It was packed! We got some take-out and ate lunch in the park.

Can’t you just feel the love my sister has for me in this picture? She enjoys it so much when I bust out the camera when everyone is eating.

The zoo wasn’t quite open entirely, and with kids and strollers everywhere, we decided to skip it and enjoy the warmth and plants…

My mom is the BEST mom in the entire world. I’m so blessed to have her in my life. I really don’t know where I’d be without her.

Yesterday, I photographed Jessica and Dan’s wedding! Here’s a preview picture of what’s to come…I’ll post again soon!

Lil’ Bea.

It has been awhile, and I apologize for my lack of posting!

I got to take some pictures of my cousins’ daughter, Bea, a couple weeks ago. She just turned 2!

Farewell Milwaukee.

The guys played a show at The Fine Line! and I brought my NEW 5D Canon along….

The camera is awesome. It has HD video built in it so I played around with it at the show. I uploaded it on my computer and could not believe how crisp the video and audio is! I’m going to have so much fun with this thing….

I must say, these two are adorable together! They were so natural in front of the camera that it made my job so easy. It’s going to be a fun wedding to photograph next fall in Red Wing!

Catching up.

I am finally catching up on all of my editing. Thank you to those who have been patient for their pictures! I have been blessed to have a lot of business these past few months. It has been a blast photographing weddings, engagements, seniors, babies, families and even some siblings. I will post more soon, but here are two autumn weddings with two amazing couples. Alissa & Pete!

I had such a lovely time photographing Alissa and Pete’s wedding in August. The ceremony was set in the backyard of Alissa’s parent’s house in Maple Grove. No one could have asked for better weather. It was a gorgeous day for a wedding!

We went outside for a few moments because the sunset was amazing! Ginger captured this one of Alissa.
